BlackBox Tech Group, Kathmandu, Nepal, and Soliel Power & Energy Pvt Ltd have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish strategic ventures across multiple high-growth sectors including Digital Entertainment (Film Production, VFX & Animation, Game Development), Clean Energy, Eco-Tourism, Beverage, Aviation, Healthcare, and Technology.

The MOU was signed on 20 February 2026 in Thailand between BlackBox Technologies (P.) Ltd, represented by its Founder Mr. Suyogya Man Tuladhar, and Soliel Power & Energy Pvt Ltd, represented by its Founder and Managing Director Mr. Rajeev Nandi.

Soliel Power & Energy Pvt Ltd has a diversified international portfolio spanning aviation, mining, hydropower, deep sea port development, winery, and energy projects, including participation in major infrastructure initiatives in Southeast Asia under PPP and BOT models.

Under the partnership, both companies will work toward developing world-class film studios, animation and VFX facilities, sustainable eco-tourism projects, clean energy initiatives, beverage ventures, aviation-linked opportunities, and technology-driven enterprises.
